Born February 11, 1937 in La Garenne-Colombes (Hauts-de-Seine).

Loul Combres attended the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Nîmes in 1955-1956. In 1960, he set up his studio in FAUBA (Lozère), multiplying the work on the clay lands polished wood firings, obtaining in 1964 the Foundation Award of the vocation to work on the clay .

From 1964 to 1975, he remained in the workshop of Narbonne Pesquera, then from 1975 to 2000 he worked in the shop Méjantel in Mende. Currently, he works in Prades le Lez.

Specialist major public intervention, he made thirty yards' Ceramics and Architecture "and performance of" Fire-Art, "such as La Bastille and the Dragon performed in Amiens and Le Poisson in Nyon, Switzerland.

His small works are also exhibited in galleries. He is creator of the group B (Earth / Environment / Director), meetings of Clay and the International Festival of Films on clay workshops with Art de France. Member of the International Academy of Ceramics, he represents to Unesco.
